On Saturday 25th July, some of the best players in the game will gather at the picturesque Northern Club in Crosby. To qualify each player has beaten some of the best players in their county. At stake is the title of National Mens Champion. At 10:00am battle will commence until only one player remains with the trophy in his hand and his place in history guaranteed.
 

 

The BCGBA Senior Merit was first held in 1910. It is open to every player in every club across the country. It is one of the few chances for the club player to rub shoulders with the top players in the game. This is one of the special events in the bowls calendar.
