The Affiliation Form / Invoice below is only for use by the Clubs on the above list who have paid their 2020 fees but have still to pay their 2021 fees and includes the subsidised rate

Any Clubs who have not yet paid their 2020 fees are suspended until they do so as per the letter from BCGBA and should contact the County Treasurer to discuss payment.
